to the Moorings Bed and Breakfast

By Car:

Take A127 towards Southend-on-Sea.

As you approach Southend, look out for the Bell public house on your left.

You are now in Prince Avenue. Go through traffic lights and over controlled pedestrian crossing to roundabout.

Take the second exit into Priory Crescent. The road bears right and then left.

Go straight over the next two roundabouts and past Cecil Jones school.

At the next roundabout turn right into Hamstel Road and follow this road (the name changes to Lifstan Way at the White Horse pub) all the way to the seafront.

Turn left onto Eastern Esplanade and The Moorings is on your left. We have a boat in the garden so you shouldn’t miss it!

There is a free 150 space car park, just past The Moorings, beside the Camelia Hotel.

By rail:

Take the C2C line from Fenchurch Street to Southend East.

Exit the station on the north side of the tracks and turn right to follow the railway line eastwards until you reach Lifstan Way.

Turn right at Lifstan Way and follow all the way to the seafront.

Turn left onto Eastern Esplanade and The Moorings is on your left, there is a boat in the front garden!
